We loved the hotel's location! It was perfect in the shadow of the castle and so close to everything, including the main square in this city. We also enjoyed the fabulous breakfast and the incredible staff. Hotel facilities, cleanliness, and transportation were all top-notch!
Nothing to be said.

The most fantastic place to stay.
In general: We came from being in Oswiecim and wanted to stay somewhere nice. It was perfect. We have wanted to return ever since and now we have that chance. Location and surroundings: We had a private tub overlooking gorgeous Wawel castle. The male manager Pawel? Couldn’t have been more laid back and generous. Service: The best. Dining: Wonderful breakfast and dinner.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional service. The staff was very attentive and ensured our every need was met. The room was luxurious with exclusive amenities and beautifully presented. The restaurant served the most delicious food with a wide range of special diet menus available. In-room breakfast was served freshly cooked and presented immaculately. Location advantages were undeniable, being perfectly central yet peaceful.
Although everything was excellent, the only minor issue we experienced was with the bar/lounge area. The selection of drinks was somewhat limited and the atmosphere could have been more inviting.

The staff was courteous and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast selection was fantastic and included fresh fruits and made-to-order hot items. the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from a popular castle and the heart of the city.

Located at the heart of a quiet, pedestrianised street just across from the castle, this luxuriously furnished apartment is the perfect place to call home during your stay. The bathroom is outstanding and the staff charming and accommodating. Enjoy a made-to-order breakfast with delicious Polish dishes served by the restaurant on the ground floor. You can also enjoy watching the tourists and horse-drawn carriages trotting by from the large windows.
During busy evenings, the noise and smells coming from the restaurant on the ground floor may disturb the peace of the castle's shadow.

Perfect location, breathtaking views from the rooftop, amazing staff. The hotel is located just a short walk from the main attractions, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the city. The rooftop offers stunning views of the city and is a great spot to relax and unwind. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, always friendly and accommodating.
Lack of practical features, small details that can be improved. Although the hotel is stunning, there were some practical issues that could have been better.

Elegant and beautifully designed restaurant, located on the ground floor and cellar of a historic tenement house. The restaurant offers accommodation in extra spacious luxurious apartments, each occupying a separate floor with original historic elements. The atmospheric Wine and Spirits Cellar with over 200 unique wine labels and exquisite spirits will delight connoisseurs. The seasonal menu based on carefully selected regional products from local suppliers will satisfy the most demanding guests. The exceptional cooking art of Chef Przemysław Bliski ensures an unparalleled culinary experience. The apartments at Kanonicza 22 feature individually designed interiors with unique furniture. The quiet interiors of the restaurant are located at the foot of Wawel Castle. Guests can indulge themselves with extraordinary service by waiters and talented sommeliers. Traditionally prepared Siberian sturgeon caviar will crown any exceptional meeting or dinner for two. The culinary experience will be complemented by special wine-pairing available upon request, prepared by Krakow's best sommeliers.
